I wanted to share my passion to cook soups believing that today we care more than ever about the food we eat. In Turkish kitchen soups come in a variety of forms and flavors, from light yogurt soups to hearty grain soups like lentil or bulgur. They are eaten as stews and broths, enriched with rice, barley, bulgur and lentil, and consumed as a starter or main course.
This blog is for you if you are a soup lover like me. Believe me that the recipes will delight any friend or guest, and suit any budget. Most recipes in my blog take no more than 15 minutes to assemble, giving you time with family and friends while it cooks.
